Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere il tuo baule SolPatio in polipropilene sempre impeccabile e funzionale, bastano pochi e semplici gesti. Pulisci regolarmente le superfici esterne con un panno morbido imbevuto di acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, come sapone per i piatti delicato. Risciacqua bene per eliminare ogni residuo e asciuga con cura per evitare aloni. Evita l'utilizzo di prodotti abrasivi, solventi o spazzole dure che potrebbero graffiare o opacizzare il materiale, compromettendone la resistenza e il colore marrone. Per preservare la brillantezza del polipropilene nel tempo, se possibile, posiziona il baule in un'area con esposizione solare non continua. Durante l'inverno o periodi di inutilizzo prolungato, assicurati che l'interno sia asciutto e pulito. Non sovraccaricare il coperchio con pesi eccessivi, soprattutto in presenza di neve.
