WebGas S.r.l., data controller for personal data collected through the site solpatio.com ("SolPatio"), informs users pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. Data Collected

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited, access times, cookies and similar technologies
  • Voluntarily provided data: first name, last name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, payment details
  • Purchase data: order history, products purchased, amounts, payment method

  • Contract performance: order management, shipping, invoicing, support, returns
  • Legal obligations: tax, accounting and regulatory compliance

5. Data Recipients

Data may be shared with: hosting (Shopify International Ltd, Ireland), payment providers, shipping couriers, analytics and marketing tools (including Google and Meta), accountants and consultants, public authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers Outside the EU

Some providers (Google LLC, Meta Platforms, and other US-based providers) may process data in the United States. Transfers are carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Decision 2021/914/EU and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

7. Retention Periods

  • Order and billing data: 10 years (Art. 2220 Civil Code)
  • Customer account data: until deletion + 12 months
  • Marketing data (consent): until withdrawal
  • Browsing logs: maximum 12 months
  • Contact requests: 24 months

8. Data Subject Rights (Arts. 15–22 GDPR)

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, write to info@solpatio.com or to the PEC address webgas@pec.it. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
