Shipping policy

Free Shipping in Italy (above order threshold)

On SolPatio, shipping is free in Italy for orders over €99 (below threshold: flat €5.99). Italy includes islands. For other EU countries, shipping costs are available on request.

Delivery Times

• Italy: 3–7 business days
• Islands and remote areas: may require 1–2 additional days
• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Tracking

For every order, you will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the shipment is handed over to the courier.
