- Italy (mainland, Sicily, Sardinia, minor islands): free shipping.
- European Union (22 EU countries): free shipping.
- International (Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia and 9 other countries): free shipping.
Delivery times
- Italy: 3–7 business days
- Islands and remote areas: may require 1–2 additional days
- Other EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Tracking
For every order you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipment is handed over to the courier.
Bulky items
Large garden furniture (4×4 gazebos, sheds over 6 m², corner lounge sets) is delivered to street level. For deliveries to upper floors, contact us before placing your order: we arrange the service on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery issues
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, write to us at info@solpatio.com within 14 days of delivery: we'll sort it out straight away.
