By using this website and purchasing our products you accept these Terms and Conditions, drawn up in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.

2. Products and Availability

Products listed on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions and availability at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal and other methods available at checkout. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.

4. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The sales contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship free of charge throughout Europe, with no minimum order amount, both within Italy (including islands) and to other European Union countries. For details please refer to our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical delivery (art. 63 Consumer Code).

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery. For details please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, as provided by arts. 128–135 of the Consumer Code (as amended by Legislative Decree 170/2021). In the event of a lack of conformity you are entitled to free remedy through repair/replacement, a price reduction or contract termination.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers resident in the EU may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Seller's email address to enter on the platform is info@solpatio.com.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the contract, pursuant to art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile, if located in Italy. For consumers resident in Spain, the mandatory rules of their country of residence remain applicable (art. 6 EU Reg. 593/2008).

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site.
