EU Legal Conformity Warranty — 2 Years

All products purchased on SolPatio are covered by the 24-month legal conformity warranty per EU Directive 2019/771 and Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, art. 128-135).

How to activate warranty

  2. Attach photos or videos of the defect
  3. You will receive a response within 24 business hours
  4. If the defect is covered, we arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by law
