- Payment gateways — Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other processors for payment processing
- IT service providers — hosting, email marketing, analytics
- Competent authorities — when required by law
6. Extra-EU Transfer
Some of our suppliers (Shopify, Google Analytics) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place based on adequacy decisions by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
7. Retention Period
- Contractual and tax data: 10 years from the termination of the relationship (Italian tax obligations)
- Browsing data: 26 months (analytics)
- Marketing data: until consent is revoked
- Customer account data: until account cancellation
