Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The sail is constructed from Oxford fabric, a resistant material. It features a polyurethane (PU) coating, providing water resistance. The fabric also has a specific treatment to resist mold formation and offers UV ray protection, which preserves the material's integrity and color over time.
Assembly is facilitated by stainless steel fasteners on each corner of the sail. The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for anchoring. For optimal rainwater drainage, the manufacturer suggests installing two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two, creating a slope.
