Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere il tuo paravento SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre impeccabile e pronto a proteggere la tua privacy, la cura è semplice ed efficace. Ti basterà pulirlo regolarmente con un panno umido e, se necessario, una soluzione delicata di acqua e sapone neutro. Questo tessuto, noto per la sua resistenza e facilità di gestione, non richiede trattamenti complessi. Per preservarne al meglio il colore verde chiaro e la struttura, ti consigliamo di riporlo durante i mesi invernali o in caso di condizioni meteorologiche particolarmente avverse. Assicurati sempre che sia completamente asciutto prima di piegarlo e conservarlo, così eviterai la formazione di muffe e ne prolungherai la vita. Evita l'uso di detergenti aggressivi o spazzole dure per non compromettere le fibre.
