Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante Oxford bianca sempre splendida e funzionale, ti consiglio una pulizia regolare. Utilizza semplicemente acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, applicandoli con una spazzola a setole morbide o un panno. Sciacqua accuratamente per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone e lascia asciugare completamente all'aria prima di piegarla o riporla, per prevenire la formazione di muffa. Durante i mesi più freddi o in caso di maltempo severo (forti raffiche di vento, temporali intensi, nevicate), è preferibile smontare la vela e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Questo ne prolungherà notevolmente la vita, assicurandoti un'ombra piacevole per molte estati nel tuo spazio esterno.

Made from PU-coated Oxford fabric, the sail features a white finish. This material is treated for water resistance, providing rain protection. The fabric also offers UV protection against solar rays. An additional treatment makes the material mold-resistant, contributing to its durability.
Installation is facilitated by the stainless steel fasteners located at each corner of the sail. The product includes three 1.5-meter PE ropes for mounting.
