Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL Triangular Shade Sail 3x3x3 m in cream Oxford fabric is a covering designed for outdoor spaces. This sunshade is manufactured using Oxford fabric with a PU (Polyurethane) coating, a material choice that provides specific functional properties. The PU coating helps make the fabric water-resistant, which offers protection from precipitation, making it suitable for use in variable weather conditions. The fabric is also specifically treated to provide effective UV protection, helping to shield the area underneath from intense solar radiation. Another feature of the material is its anti-mould property, which prevents mould formation and extends its durability, especially in damp outdoor environments.
The sunshade's dimensions are 3 x 3 x 3 metres, with a triangular shape that adapts to various installation configurations to optimise shade coverage. For a secure and stable installation, the sunshade is equipped with stainless steel fasteners. These components are integrated into each corner of the sail and are selected for their strength and durability. The assembly process is supported by the inclusion of three PE (Polyethylene) ropes, each 1.5 metres long. These ropes allow for proper tensioning of the sunshade for stability once installed.
With a total weight of 0.880 kg, this vidaXL sunshade features a lightweight structure, which facilitates transport and positioning. Its primary function is to shade specific outdoor areas, including gardens, terraces, and balconies, creating shaded zones for relaxation or other activities. To maximise its effectiveness in draining rainwater and preventing pooling, it is highly recommended to install two corners of the sail at a slightly higher elevation than the third corner. This practice allows rainwater to run off freely from the sunshade's surface, maintaining its integrity and long-term functionality.
