Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The kit also includes three 1.5 m PE ropes for tensioning and securing the sail. The water-resistance of the PU-coated Oxford fabric is optimised by following the mounting instructions.
