Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL sun shade sail, triangular in shape with dimensions of 6 x 6 x 6 meters, provides structured protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. The sail is made of Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This treatment provides the material with water-resistant properties, making it functional even in light rain. The fabric also offers UV protection. The total product weight is 2.73 kg.
The material has been treated to resist mold formation. Durability is further supported by the mounting components: each corner of the sail features a stainless steel fixing element, selected for its resistance to corrosion and atmospheric agents.
Installation includes three 1.5-meter polyethylene (PE) ropes. For optimal water drainage, the sail should be installed with a slope, positioning two corners higher than the third to prevent rain accumulation.
