Returns & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL triangular shade sail measures 4 x 4 x 5.8 m and provides a shading solution for outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. Its shape and size are designed to cover specific areas, protecting them from weather conditions.
The fabric is made of Oxford cloth with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a combination of materials that offers water resistance. The fabric has also undergone a specific treatment that makes it resistant to mold formation and provides UV protection. These characteristics are functional for prolonged outdoor use.
Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the three corners of the sail. Stainless steel was chosen for its corrosion resistance. The package includes three PE ropes, each 1.5 m long, necessary for fastening. For effective water drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third, to create the necessary slope for runoff.
