Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL shade sail provides a shading area of 4 x 4 x 4 m, with a triangular shape designed for outdoor spaces. It is constructed with Oxford fabric featuring a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material that makes it water-resistant and provides protection from direct sunlight. The product weight is 1.330 kg.
The fabric has undergone a specific treatment that makes it resistant to mold formation and UV rays, helping to maintain the taupe gray color. Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the three corners. These anchor points are designed for secure tensioning of the sail. The package includes three polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for assembly.
This sail is suitable for installation in various outdoor areas, such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. To optimize product functionality in case of rain, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third. This inclination allows water to drain properly, preventing accumulation on the fabric surface.
