Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre al meglio e garantire la sua durabilità nel tempo, ti consigliamo una pulizia periodica. Puoi lavare la vela con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, utilizzando una spazzola morbida per rimuovere sporco o macchie leggere. È fondamentale risciacquare abbondantemente per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e lasciare asciugare completamente la vela all'aria, prima di ripiegarla o riposizionarla, per prevenire la formazione di muffe. Durante i mesi più freddi o in caso di condizioni meteorologiche estreme, come forti venti o nevicate, è consigliabile smontare la vela e riporla in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Questo semplice gesto preserva la resistenza del tessuto e l'integrità della vela, assicurandoti un'ombra piacevole per il tuo giardino o terrazzo per molte estati a venire, mantenendo inalterata la sua qualità.

The vidaXL triangular shade sail, measuring 4 x 5 x 6.4 m, provides functional protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. It is designed for use in gardens, on terraces, in play areas, or on balconies, offering targeted coverage against weather elements.
The sail is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) surface coating. This combination of materials provides the product with water-resistant and UV-protective properties. The fabric also features a specific treatment that inhibits mold formation, which is beneficial for prolonged outdoor exposure.
For installation, each corner of the sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners. These components are designed to resist corrosion and provide stable anchoring points. The package includes three 1.5-meter polyethylene (PE) ropes, necessary for tensioning the sail. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to mount two corners at a higher elevation than the third.
