Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL sail shade provides a triangular shaded area with dimensions of 4 x 4 x 5.8 meters. It is constructed from Oxford fabric with a total product weight of 1.5 kg. This taupe-colored sail shade offers protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, or playgrounds.
The Oxford fabric features a polyurethane (PU) coating, making it water-resistant. Additionally, the material has received a specific treatment that provides UV protection and prevents mold formation. The structure is reinforced by stainless steel fasteners positioned on each corner, a material chosen for its durability and corrosion resistance.
Installation is designed to be simple, using the included fasteners and three 1.5-meter long PE ropes. This system allows mounting the sail on balconies, terraces, or in gardens. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the others.
