Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The material used is Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This fabric is specifically treated for water resistance and UV protection. The material composition also prevents mold formation, which helps maintain its integrity over time in humid conditions.
The structure features stainless steel fasteners on each of the three corners, designed for solid anchoring. For assembly, the package includes three 1.5-meter polyethylene (PE) ropes. For optimal rainwater drainage, it is advisable to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the third, creating a sufficient slope.
