Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL sail shade has a trapezoidal shape and dimensions of 2/4 x 3 m, designed for outdoor coverage. The main component is Oxford fabric, enhanced with a beige polyurethane (PU) coating. This material combination provides a functional barrier against direct sunlight and light rain.
The PU-coated fabric is water-resistant and offers UV protection. Additionally, the material has been specifically treated to resist mold formation, suitable for outdoor products. The total weight of the fabric is 1.560 kg, reflecting the material's density.
For installation, the sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. Stainless steel is used for its corrosion resistance. The package also contains four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for anchoring and tensioning the sail.
