Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il telo è realizzato in tessuto 100% poliestere, trattato con un rivestimento in PA (poliammide) che blocca i raggi UV e il calore, mantenendo al contempo una buona circolazione dell'aria. La struttura portante è composta da una cassetta in acciaio e una barra anteriore in alluminio, materiali selezionati per la loro stabilità.
Il funzionamento di questa tenda è manuale e si basa su un meccanismo a manovella. La leva di comando inclusa ha una lunghezza di 1,21 m, una misura che facilita le operazioni di apertura e retrazione del telo. Questo modello è concepito per un uso specifico in ambienti esterni come balconi, giardini, patii o terrazze dove è necessaria una protezione verticale dalla luce solare diretta. Il peso totale del prodotto è di 5,8 kg.
