Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Questo prodotto è realizzato in 100% poliestere e presenta un rivestimento posteriore termoplastico color argento. Tale strato blocca interamente la luce in entrata e contribuisce a regolare la temperatura interna dell'ambiente, mantenendolo più caldo durante l'inverno e più fresco in estate. Le dimensioni dell'oscuratore sono di 60 cm di larghezza per 120 cm di altezza.
L'installazione è versatile: la tenda può essere montata a parete o a soffitto utilizzando le viti e i tasselli inclusi, oppure appesa al davanzale della finestra. Il meccanismo di azionamento include una catenella a sfere in plastica con una lunghezza di 180 cm, configurabile sia sul lato sinistro che destro per facilità d'uso. La larghezza del binario superiore, inclusi gli accessori di montaggio, è di 63 cm, 3 cm in più rispetto alla larghezza del tessuto.
La struttura della tenda include un binario inferiore in PVC da 60 cm e un binario superiore in alluminio da 60 cm, con un diametro dell'albero metallico di 18 mm.
