Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The sail is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. The fabric is treated for water resistance and UV protection. Additionally, the material's specific treatment makes it mold resistant.
The structure features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. The package includes four 1.5-meter PE ropes for installation. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail higher than the other two. The product is delivered ready for installation.
