Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela parasole SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre impeccabile e prolungarne la vita, segui questi semplici ma efficaci consigli. Pulisci regolarmente la superficie con un panno umido e una soluzione delicata di acqua tiepida e sapone neutro, sciacquando bene per rimuovere ogni residuo. Assicurati che sia completamente asciutta all'aria prima di piegarla o riporla, per prevenire la formazione di muffa e preservare il rivestimento in PU. In caso di forte vento, temporali o maltempo prolungato, ti raccomandiamo di rimuovere la vela per evitare stress eccessivi alla struttura e al tessuto. Durante i mesi di non utilizzo, specialmente in inverno, conservala in un luogo asciutto e al riparo, per garantire che sia pronta ad abbellire e proteggere il tuo spazio esterno per molte altre stagioni di relax.
