Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sun shade sail provides a coverage area of 4.5 x 4.5 meters, designed for outdoor use. It offers protection from direct sunlight and rain in areas such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The material used is Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This fabric is treated to resist mold formation and offers UV protection. The PU coating makes the sail water-resistant, preventing rain passage. The Oxford fabric structure provides durability and mechanical resistance.
For installation, the sail features stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. These components are corrosion-resistant and provide secure anchoring points. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for tensioning and securing the sail. For optimal rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two, creating a slope.
