Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sun shade sail, measuring 3.6 x 3.6 meters, provides protection from sun and rain. It is made from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material resistant to water and UV rays. The yellow fabric color is suitable for outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, play areas, or balconies.
The Oxford fabric is treated to resist mold formation and damage from UV exposure. For secure and durable installation, the sail features stainless steel fasteners on each of the four corners. This material prevents rust and provides reliable hold over time. The total product weight is 2.360 kg.
Assembly is supported by the included accessories: the package contains four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, for use with the corner fasteners. To optimize rainwater drainage and prevent accumulation, it is recommended to install the sail with an inclination, positioning two corners at a higher height than the other two. This configuration allows water to flow correctly from the surface.
