Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sun shade sail measures 2.5 x 2.5 meters. It is designed for sun and rain protection in outdoor spaces. The fabric is made from Oxford cloth with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which provides water resistance and UV protection. The total product weight is 1.250 kg.
The Oxford fabric is specifically treated to be mildew-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor environments such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. The material structure is designed to withstand weather conditions and maintain its functionality over time.
Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners on each corner of the sail. Stainless steel is used for its corrosion resistance. The package also includes four 1.5-meter long polyethylene (PE) ropes for anchoring. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail higher than the other two.
