Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The PU-coated Oxford fabric features water resistance and UV protection for outdoor use. The PU coating prevents moisture absorption, and the UV protection maintains fabric integrity during prolonged sun exposure. The fabric is also treated to be mold-resistant, which helps maintain the sun shade's hygiene and aesthetic appearance over time.
For installation, the sun shade includes stainless steel fasteners located on each corner. The stainless steel provides corrosion resistance and superior durability for the rings. The mounting package also contains four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, designed to facilitate anchoring and tensioning the sun shade.
