Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The sail is constructed from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This material combination makes the sail's surface water-resistant. The fabric also features a specific treatment that provides anti-mold and UV resistance properties, helping to maintain the material's characteristics over time.
For installation, the sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners. These robust anchor points allow for stable tensioning of the sail. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, to complete the installation. For proper rainwater drainage, it is advisable to install the sail with a slope, positioning two corners at a higher elevation than the other two.
