Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

È fondamentale sciacquare abbondantemente per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone e, soprattutto, lasciarla asciugare completamente all'aria aperta prima di ripiegarla. Questo previene la formazione di muffe e cattivi odori. In caso di vento forte, grandine o nevicate, ti raccomandiamo di smontarla e riporla in un luogo riparato. Per i mesi invernali, riponila pulita e asciutta in un ambiente protetto e asciutto: così la tua vela sarà pronta a rinfrescare il tuo giardino o terrazzo non appena tornerà l'estate.
