Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sun shade sail measures 2 x 2 m and provides a covering solution for outdoor spaces. It is constructed from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, a material selected for its water resistance and ability to protect from solar rays. The total product weight is 0.89 kg.
The fabric has been specifically treated to resist mold formation and UV rays. This feature helps maintain the integrity of the material and the taupe color over time. The structure is designed for use in environments such as gardens, terraces, play areas, or balconies, providing shade and shelter from light rain.
Installation is supported by stainless steel fasteners located on each of the four corners of the sail. The package includes four 1.5 m polyethylene (PE) ropes, required for anchoring. For proper rainwater drainage, it is recommended to install the sail with a slope, securing two corners at a higher elevation than the other two.
