Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL square sun shade sail measures 2 x 2 meters and provides outdoor protection. Its red color makes it a functional and visible element. It is constructed entirely from Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating. This fabric is treated to resist mold formation and provides UV protection, allowing for outdoor use.
The structure is designed for stable anchoring. Each corner of the square sail features a stainless steel fastener. Stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, which is important for products exposed to weather conditions. The stainless steel anchoring points contribute to the fastening system's functionality. Installation is supported by the included kit, which comprises four 1.5-meter long polyethylene (PE) ropes.
