Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Risciacqua bene e assicurati che sia completamente asciutta prima di riporla, per prevenire la formazione di muffe e mantenere intatta la qualità del tessuto. Durante i mesi invernali o in caso di forti temporali e vento intenso, ti consiglio di smontarla e conservarla in un luogo asciutto e riparato.
