Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL square sun shade sail, measuring 2.5 x 2.5 meters, is an outdoor accessory that provides protection from direct sunlight and rain. Made from anthracite Oxford fabric, it is suitable for installation in areas such as gardens, terraces, children's play areas, or balconies. Its square shape allows for uniform coverage of the area below. The product's total weight is 1.250 kg, which facilitates maneuverability during installation.
The main material is Oxford fabric, known for its durability, to which a polyurethane (PU) coating has been applied. This PU layer makes the fabric surface water-resistant, allowing rainwater to slide off. The fabric has also been treated to provide protection against UV rays, reducing direct sun exposure and preserving the colors of the furniture underneath. The anti-mold treatment is an additional feature that supports the product's use in humid outdoor environments.
For installation, the sail features stainless steel fixing rings on each of the four corners. The use of stainless steel prevents rust formation, an important detail for a product exposed to weather elements. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 meters long, ready for tensioning and anchoring. For proper water drainage, it is recommended to install two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two, creating a slope. The product does not require any preliminary assembly.
