Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

The vidaXL square shade sail, measuring 3x3 m, provides protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. The main material is Oxford fabric with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which gives the sail water-resistant properties. The fabric has received a specific treatment to resist mold formation and to offer UV protection, helping to maintain the color and integrity of the material over time.
The structure features stainless steel fasteners positioned on each of the four corners. These anchor points allow for stable mounting. The package includes four polyethylene (PE) ropes, each 1.5 m long, for installing the sail. For effective rainwater drainage, it is recommended to mount the cover with an inclination, fixing two corners at a higher height than the other two. The total product weight is 1.650 kg.
