Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Mantenere la tua vela parasole SolPatio in Tela Oxford è semplice, per assicurarti lunga durata e colore vibrante nel tuo spazio esterno. Per la pulizia quotidiana, ti basta rimuovere polvere e detriti con una spazzola morbida o un panno umido. In caso di macchie più persistenti, utilizza acqua tiepida e un detergente delicato, non aggressivo. Risciacqua bene e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria prima di ripiegarla o riposizionarla, per prevenire muffe e cattivi odori. La tela Oxford è resistente all'umidità, ma un'asciugatura completa ne prolunga la vita. Ti consiglio di smontare la vela durante forti venti o tempeste, così come nei mesi invernali o in caso di abbondanti nevicate.
