Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Il serbatoio per acqua pieghevole di vidaXL ha una capacità di 5000 litri ed è costruito in PVC. Le sue dimensioni sono 250 cm di lunghezza, 200 cm di larghezza e 100 cm di altezza, offrendo un volume considerevole per la raccolta dell'acqua piovana o lo stoccaggio di acqua non potabile. La struttura rettangolare di colore blu è progettata per un'installazione stabile su superfici piane e per un uso ripetuto nel tempo.
Il materiale utilizzato è PVC con uno spessore di 0,7 mm, un polimero noto per la sua resistenza agli strappi. Il peso totale del prodotto è di 25,0 kg. Per la manutenzione, la confezione include un pannello di riparazione in PVC specifico per il materiale del serbatoio.
