Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Il tessuto Oxford è concepito per resistere, ma una corretta manutenzione ne assicura la durata e la bellezza nel tempo. Pulisci la vela con acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, utilizzando una spazzola a setole morbide o un panno. Sciacqua abbondantemente e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria prima di ripiegarla. È importante evitare detergenti aggressivi o ad alta pressione, che potrebbero compromettere l'integrità del tessuto e la vivacità del colore terracotta. In caso di forti raffiche di vento, neve o durante i mesi invernali, ti suggeriamo di smontare la vela e riporla in un luogo asciutto e protetto. Questa attenzione ti garantirà che la tua vela sia sempre pronta a offrirti un angolo di ombra e relax per molte stagioni nel tuo giardino o terrazzo.

The vidaXL rectangular sail shade, measuring 2 x 2.5 meters, offers protection from sun and rain in outdoor spaces. Made from Oxford fabric with a PU coating, this terracotta-colored canopy provides water resistance and UV protection, making it suitable for installation in gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies.
The fabric has been treated to be resistant to mold formation, a feature that contributes to maintaining its properties over time. The total product weight is 1.020 kg. For installation, the sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners at each of the four corners, providing a stable and durable anchoring point.
The package includes four PE ropes, each 1.5 meters long, to complete the installation. For effective rainwater drainage, it is advisable to position two corners of the sail at a higher elevation than the other two. This configuration prevents water accumulation on the canopy surface.
