Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL retractable awning has overall dimensions of 300 cm in width by 150 cm in height, with an extendable length up to 150 cm. The product's structure consists of a steel frame, providing solidity, combined with a 100% polyester fabric canopy with a weight of 180 g/m².
The canopy, featuring yellow and white stripes, is treated with a PA (polyacrylate) coating. This finish makes the fabric resistant to both water and UV rays. The polyester canopy is also removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The operating mechanism is manual, allowing the awning's projection to be adjusted from 0 to 150 cm. In addition to length, the awning's height and angle can be modified to optimize the shaded area based on the sun's position. Assembly is required for installation, which must be performed on smooth, flat surfaces, such as an exterior wall.
