Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL retractable awning has total dimensions of 200 cm in width by 150 cm in height. The supporting structure is a steel frame, a material selected for its sturdiness. The awning's operation is manual, controlled by a support bar and chain. The extension length is adjustable from 0 to a maximum of 150 cm, allowing you to modulate the shade as needed. In addition to the length, the height and angle of the awning can also be adjusted, offering precise control over the area to be covered, whether it's a window, a section of a balcony, or a terrace.

Product assembly requires attention to detail for safety. It is essential to use all provided screws and nuts and to fasten them tightly to prevent instability. To prevent risks, the operating cords must be kept out of the reach of children. It is recommended not to use the awning in freezing conditions or in winds exceeding 27 km/h; retract it to avoid damage to the structure and the canopy.
