Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The vidaXL manual retractable awning measures 150 cm in width and has a maximum projection of 120 cm. Designed for installation on windows, terraces, or balconies, this model offers a functional solution for shade. The installation height is flexible and can be adjusted within a range of 200 cm to 300 cm to suit various structural requirements. The total product weight is 7.34 kg.
The supporting structure is made of steel, a material selected for its strength and durability. The awning fabric is 100% polyester, treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating that makes it water-repellent and dirt-resistant. This material composition provides protection against weather elements and UV rays, and the fabric can be removed for cleaning.
The opening and closing mechanism is manual and operated via a crank handle with a length of 125 cm. The awning angle can be adjusted to optimize the shaded area throughout the day. The support bars have a diameter of 15 mm. A distinctive feature of this model is the inclusion of an LED light strip, powered by an integrated solar panel, which provides low-energy lighting during evening hours.
