Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
Per mantenere la tua vela ombreggiante SolPatio in tessuto Oxford sempre perfetta, ti consiglio alcune semplici ma efficaci operazioni. Per la pulizia quotidiana o per rimuovere sporco leggero, usa semplicemente acqua tiepida e una spazzola a setole morbide, oppure un panno umido. Evita detergenti aggressivi o solventi che potrebbero danneggiare il tessuto e alterarne il colore crema. Per macchie più ostinate, puoi usare una soluzione delicata di acqua e sapone neutro, risciacquando poi abbondantemente. Quando la stagione si fa più rigida o in caso di vento forte e temporali, ti suggerisco di smontare la vela. Puliscila accuratamente, lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria per prevenire muffe e cattivi odori, quindi piegala con cura e riponila in un luogo asciutto e riparato. Questo ne prolungherà notevolmente la durata e ti garantirà un outdoor living confortevole per molte estati.
