Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Pulisci la vela con acqua tiepida e un detergente neutro, applicandolo con una spazzola morbida o una spugna. Sciacqua abbondantemente per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e lasciala asciugare completamente all'aria, in posizione tesa, prima di riporla. È fondamentale evitare prodotti chimici aggressivi o candeggina che potrebbero rovinare il tessuto e il suo colore terracotta. Durante i periodi di forte vento, temporali o nei mesi invernali, ti raccomandiamo di smontare la vela. Questa precauzione previene danni e prolunga significativamente la sua resistenza e vita utile. Riponila piegata con cura in un luogo asciutto e riparato, al riparo da umidità e parassiti. Una verifica periodica delle cuciture e degli ancoraggi ti garantirà un'installazione sempre sicura e di qualità.
