Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

The material is specially treated for water resistance and UV protection.
The Oxford PU coated fabric construction gives the sun shade anti-mold properties, contributing to its long-term durability. Weighing 1.7 kg, the sail is manageable and comes with stainless steel fasteners located at each corner. This robust anchoring system includes four 1.5 m long PE ropes for easy installation.
For proper rainwater drainage, the sun shade should be installed with two corners positioned higher than the others. This configuration optimizes the sun shade's functionality, preventing water accumulation and maintaining the water resistance provided by the PU coated fabric.
