Warranty

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

The vidaXL Rectangular Shade Sail 2 x 3.5 m provides an outdoor covering solution specifically designed for sun and rain protection. This shade sail, with dimensions of 2 x 3.5 m (L x W), is made from PU coated Oxford fabric. Its total weight is 1.350 kg. The fabric composition features water resistance and provides effective UV protection, making it suitable for installation in a variety of outdoor environments, including gardens, terraces, playgrounds, or balconies. The rectangular shape of the shade sail optimizes coverage for designated areas.

The PU coated Oxford fabric material provides the vidaXL shade sail with resistance to both rain and direct sun exposure. This fabric also features anti-mold properties and specific UV protection, contributing to the structural integrity and aesthetic appearance over time. For a secure and stable installation, the shade sail is equipped with stainless steel fasteners, located on each of the four corners. For installation support, four PE ropes are included, each 1.5 m long, allowing for a firm anchor and adequate tension of the sail.

This shade sail is intended to provide protected areas in outdoor settings such as gardens, terraces, playgrounds, and balconies, where shade and weather protection are primary needs. Its rectangular configuration of 2 x 3.5 m makes it suitable for covering outdoor dining areas or defined relaxation zones. To optimize rainwater runoff from the sail's surface and prevent accumulation, it is recommended to position two corners of the structure at a slightly higher elevation than the others, creating a natural slope.
