Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

• What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
• What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

How to request assistance: Contact us at info@solpatio.com describing the issue with photos attached. We'll respond within 48 business hours.

• Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
• UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
• Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.
