Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return the product, no reason required (right of withdrawal, EU Directive 2011/83).

How to return:

  2. Pack the product in its original packaging, unused
  3. We'll send you the return shipping instructions

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Warranty

2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).

  • What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
  • What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance

For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

La robusta struttura in alluminio marrone non richiede manutenzione complessa: è sufficiente una pulizia periodica con un panno morbido inumidito. Se necessario, puoi usare un detergente neutro, ma evita sempre prodotti abrasivi che potrebbero compromettere la finitura e la durata del materiale. Per la rete plissettata, ti suggeriamo una spolverata regolare con un panno asciutto o l'utilizzo di un aspirapolvere con spazzola delicata per rimuovere polvere e piccoli detriti. In caso di sporco più evidente, un panno leggermente umido sarà sufficiente, avendo cura di lasciarla asciugare completamente all'aria prima di ripiegarla.
