Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

The PVC material features high elasticity and tear resistance, making it suitable for shaping basins with both shallow and deep water zones.
With a unit weight of 660 g/m², the liner offers a consistent structure. Its mechanical resistance is documented by specific compliances: it has passed static puncture tests according to ISO 12236 and features tear resistance in line with the DIN 53363 standard. These specifications indicate the product's durability. Additionally, the material is formulated to be completely harmless to plants and animals, making it suitable for creating a healthy aquatic ecosystem and for introducing fish.
The PVC liner's composition offers resistance to multiple environmental agents. It is resistant to UV rays, cold, swelling, decomposition, and aging. The liner can be easily cut with scissors to fit any shape and can be welded or glued with specific PVC products for joins or repairs.
