Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
- Routine cleaning: use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive sponges or solvent-based products.
- UV protection: materials are treated to resist UV rays and rain. To maximize lifespan, cover the product during prolonged periods of disuse.
- Winter storage: store in a dry place away from frost when not in use.

Its composition has been tested for static puncture resistance according to ISO 12236, demonstrating its durability. This PVC liner is designed to be harmless to plants and animals, making it suitable for aquatic pond environments. It also offers resistance to UV rays, welding, and cold, contributing to its longevity in various environmental conditions. The liner is resistant to swelling, decomposition, and aging, maintaining its structural properties over time.

It is also possible to bond or weld the liner using PVC glue, facilitating the customization of pond shapes, including designs with shallow and deep zones.
