Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance

Le lastre in policarbonato e la struttura in ABS sono progettate per resistere alle intemperie, ma una pulizia regolare ne preserverà la trasparenza e l'aspetto originale, garantendoti un outdoor living curato.
Ti consigliamo di pulire la superficie con un panno morbido in microfibra o una spugna e acqua tiepida, aggiungendo un detergente neutro non abrasivo se necessario. Evita l'uso di spazzole dure, solventi o prodotti chimici aggressivi che potrebbero graffiare o danneggiare i materiali. Risciacqua bene con acqua pulita per rimuovere ogni residuo di sapone.

The vidaXL door canopy measures 200 cm in width and 75 cm in depth. It offers rain protection for entrances or windows without blocking sunlight, and is suitable for both residential and commercial applications. Its structure is composed of 5 mm thick polycarbonate (PC) sheets, ABS support brackets, and aluminum finishing strips.
The hollow-structure polycarbonate sheets are durable and resistant to weathering and corrosion. The canopy's stability is provided by the combination of robust ABS brackets and oxidized aluminum bars, which support the entire cover. The total product weight is 5.17 kg.
The assembly kit includes all necessary components for complete installation. The package contains six separate polycarbonate panels, three ABS brackets, four plastic H-connectors, and four oxidized aluminum bars.
