Defective or damaged product? Returns and replacements are completely free. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Warranty
2-year legal warranty
All products purchased on SolPatio carry a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery date (EU Directive 2019/771).
- What's covered: conformity defects present at delivery
- What's not covered: damage from normal wear, misuse, or inadequate maintenance
For the first 12 months from delivery, the burden of proof is on us (EU Directive 2019/771, art. 11).

Care & Maintenance
La tua pensilina in policarbonato trasparente è progettata per durare e resistere agli agenti atmosferici, garantendoti protezione per anni. Per mantenerla impeccabile, ti basta una pulizia semplice e regolare. Ti consigliamo di utilizzare acqua tiepida e un sapone neutro, applicandoli con un panno morbido o una spugna non abrasiva. Evita categoricamente detergenti aggressivi, prodotti a base di solventi o spazzole dure, che potrebbero graffiare la superficie in policarbonato. Dopo la pulizia, risciacqua abbondantemente con acqua pulita per eliminare ogni residuo di sapone e asciuga delicatamente per prevenire aloni. Un piccolo gesto che assicura alla tua casa un ingresso curato e accogliente nel tempo.
